I was driving on the I-310 in Luling (Louisiana) and saw a Boars Head Provisions Truck. I didn’t think much of it but as I was exiting off of the interstate, I happen to look at the side of the truck. The word BRONCKHORST jumped out at me like Jaws in Jaws 3-D. I couldn’t read the rest of the writing because I was exiting and the truck wasn’t.
That word stuck in my mind.
I figured it was something to do with meat because I thought that Boars Head was a meat company of some sort.
The more I thought about the word, it drove me crazy. So I had to do a Google search on it.

I could not find anything about Meat or food having to do with Bronckhorst so I went to the Boars Head Provision web site.
Which is also a part of the FRANK BRUNCKHORST CO LLC.

SO THE WORD ON THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK WAS NOT BRONCHORST, IT WAS BRUNCKHORST.

OH WELL, I LEARNED A FEW THINGS ABOUT BRONCKHORST.
